  • When booking for the first time please select “Your First Bespoke Sage Treatment” at 90 minutes.

    During this appointment, we gather all relevant information and history to understand the factors affecting your skin. From there, we tailor your skincare and ongoing treatments to effectively address your concerns, before using the remaining time for your bespoke facial.

    On your second visit please select “The Bespoke Sage Facial Grade 1” at 60 minutes. Or “The Bespoke Sage Facial Grade 2” at 75 minutes. All our facials are customised based on your initial consultation and ongoing needs. Your only choice is the duration of your facial- 60 or 75 minutes.

  • All our facials are designed to be deeply relaxing while also creating positive changes in your skin. We advise booking "Your First Bespoke Sage Treatment". This includes a consultation to help us choose the best products and modalities tailored to your skin's needs. That way, you can unwind completely while we work our magic, delivering both relaxation and results.

    If you’d like to focus solely on relaxation through massage, we suggest booking "The Sage Sculpt" - a facial dedicated entirely to facial massage, sculpting, and relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, and head.

  • Microneedling stimulates growth factors, encouraging your skin to produce new cells. However, your skin can only work with what it is given. Without proper preparation, it will create new collagen building cells similar to the old ones, resulting in less noticeable results.

    We prepare the skin over time with dermaviduals antioxidants, vitamins, essential fatty acids, and barrier supporting actives to deliver you the best results possible.

    We would also delay needling for damaged and impaired skin barriers, it’s our mantra to repair & listen to the skin.

  • Yes, to achieve the best results, we highly recommend using dermaviduals homecare alongside your in-clinic treatments. Treatments themselves contribute to around 30% of your skin's progress, while the remaining 70% comes from the products you use consistently at home, as well as lifestyle, diet et cetera.

    Just like our facials, your homecare products are carefully customised to meet your skin’s needs at that moment. At each visit, we’ll make any necessary adjustments to both your homecare routine and treatment plan to ensure you’re always progressing towards your goals.

    Skincare is a partnership. Together, we’ll understand your skin’s unique needs and make the right adjustments to achieve lasting results. Investing in both effective homecare and professional treatments is the key to transforming your skin and reaching your desired outcomes.

  • A £20 deposit is required upfront for all new and existing client bookings. This deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, or if you fail to attend. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or on the day of your appointment, may incur a charge of 50% or the full treatment cost.

    When booking online, you will receive a link via email to manage your appointment up to a week in advance. As a self-employed practitioner, late cancellations and no-shows directly impact my income, as it is difficult to refill appointments at short notice. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

    Please note, vouchers are valid for treatments only and cannot be redeemed for products at this time.

  • Please make sure to thoroughly read your confirmation email, as it includes the location address and other important details.

    Please complete the form sent via SMS 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This is required only for your first visit.

    Please arrive at the scheduled appointment time, avoiding early arrivals.

  • We may recommend seeing you every month or every 6-8 weeks, depending on your skin’s needs. Monthly treatments often deliver the best results and the most visible improvements.

    We highly recommend incorporating dermaviduals into your home skincare routine for those embarking on a journey to improve skin health and manage conditions such as acne, eczema, rosacea, and pigmentation, in conjunction with regular treatments.

    We acknowledge that not everyone can dedicate ample time or financial resources to their treatments and products. We are more than willing to create a customised treatment plan that aligns with your lifestyle and budget.

  • We offer two ways to purchase vouchers-

    Online: click "Buy Treatment Vouchers" in the website header. You can choose from pre-set facial options or select a custom amount. Your voucher will be sent via email to you or the recipient of your choice.

    Physical Vouchers: to arrange a custom-amount physical voucher, please contact us at molly@sageskin.co.uk. These can be collected in person or posted to your preferred address.
